Expressions Dental Preferred Plan

Expressions Dental Preferred Dental Plan provides an avenue for patients to enjoy the same excellent care that we provide all of our patients at an affordable rate. This is not a dental insurance plan and thus unlike traditional dental insurance there is no waiting period or qualifications. EVERYONE QUALIFIES FOR SAME DAY ACTIVATION. Preferred members will get 2 regular cleanings per year, 2 exams per year, and 1 set of 4 X-rays per year plus you will save up to 30% off other dental visits.  Unlike most other plans, Expressions Dental  Preferred Dental Plan also includes access to cosmetic dentistry.

Membership fees are as follows:
Individual- $300 per year
Each additional family member $250

By providing this preferred plan Expressions Dental Group provides patients who do not have dental insurance a way to gain access to proper dental care at an affordable rate.

Membership Details:

• Family members include card holder, spouse, and legal dependents up to the age of 18 or up to the age of 25 with proof of full time student status
• Fees may be adjusted annually
• Membership fees are non-refundable
• This plan is only accepted at Expressions Dental Group
• This plan is not to be combined with any other offers or plans
• Discounted fees are in effect immediately at activation and are not retroactive
